The Velvet Glove crew will not install or set up the merchandise for you. If there is any damage to the item, it should be refused at delivery. All damages must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days of delivery. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Velvet Glove Service items unless otherwise specified.
